Tonight, we honored our MHS football, cheer, and marching band seniors. This group of 21 talented athletes and musicians have had an immense impact on our activities programs at Marceline High School.

We are excited to announce that Marceline senior Ruth Shackelford has been named a Semifinalist for the 2025 Coca-Cola Scholars program, chosen from over 105,000+ applicants nationwide. Ruth is one of 1,336 seniors advancing to the next round, where Regional winners will be chosen, followed by the final selection of the 2025 Coca-Cola Scholars. Thursday Night Tiger Score Varsity softball defeated Brookfield 7-6. Our Lady Tigers will play South Harrison for the District Championship Monday at 5:00 in Trenton.

Varsity softball will advance on in the district tournament after defeating Penney 6-2. Our Lady Tigers will play the winner of Brookfield-Putnam tomorrow night at 6:15 pm in Trenton.
MHS Alumni represented the Lady Tigers Softball program well today with 6 collegiate home runs! Ireland Bloss hit 3, Addison Huber hit 2, and Cassi Rodgers hit one all for NCMC! Once a Tiger, Always a Tiger!

Bell Game Halftime Show Thanks to the hardwork of MHS senior cheerleader Lola Kitchen, Marceline High School is excited to announce our halftime entertainment- the Northern Lights Drone Show- for the 2024 Bell Game! The Northern Lights drone show will be viewable inside and outside Chester Ray Stadium. It’s a 360 degree show, but the optimal view will be directly east of the field.

If you are having a picture taken as a RETAKE, please make sure your student returns their package in its entirety, including the package insert sheet, to the photographer on retake day.

Softball Senior Night
Tonight, we honored our Lady Tigers softball seniors. This group of 10 talented athletes will go down in Marceline High School history for being part of the most successful softball teams to date. They have an overall high school record of 93 wins, 28 losses, and 1 tie.
On behalf of the Marceline High School softball team, coaches, administrators, and teachers, we would like to thank you girls for your dedication to the program. We are proud of your accomplishments and will be forever grateful for the lasting impact you have had on Marceline Softball. Congratulations to MHS Junior Ella Sportsman the Class 1 District 3 Individual CHAMPION! Ella shot an 88 today to tie for first place and qualify for state! We are so proud!
