Early Learning Center Assistant Position Opening The Marceline R-V School District has a full time opening for an Early Learning Center Assistant for the 19-20 school year. Minimum Qualifications: Completed at least two years of study (60 credit hours) at an institution of higher education or met a rigorous standard of quality demonstrated through a Paraprofessional Praxis test. Qualified candidates must also pass a background check required by Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. This is an hourly position with full benefits. Message from Chamber of Commerce: First of all, congratulations to the Marceline Tigers on their accomplishments on the field. We wish you all the best on Saturday! To accommodate all the fans hitting the road early on Saturday, the Chamber will have peanuts available for sale at Ma Vic's Cafe, Cafe Marceline and the VFW breakfast. Stop in for a bite to eat, get some coffee for the road, and take along some peanuts! Early peanut sales will end after the breakfast hour is over (10:30-ish) and begin again at 5:30pm on the street corner, as usual. We anticipate a victory parade on Main Street USA Saturday evening! Go Tigers!

Orders are being taken for state semifinal t-shirts and hoodies. T-shirts are $15 for ys-axl and $17 for 2xl and up. Hoodies are $25 for us-axl and $27 for 2xl and up. Deadline is Monday at 2 pm. Shirts will be available Friday at 1 pm at Allstate Insurance. Football players will be given a t-shirt so don’t order for them unless they want a hoodie. Call or text 660-734-3864 to order.

MS basketball tournament at Paris is pushed back one day from the original schedule. Boys and girls will play Tuesday and Wednesday. Friday game times will be dependent on outcomes of those two games.
