Matthew Rollison will participate at the State Music Festival on Friday, April 28 at the University of Missouri-Columbia for his Keyboard Mallet Percussion Solo. Congratulations to all participants on their outstanding achievements.
MHS Science Olympiad- Sate Results
We took 15 students to compete at Missouri State University in the State Science Olympiad competition on Saturday. Our students performed exceptionally well, competing against both public and private schools of all sizes from across the state (there are no class divisions).
We competed in 21 events and placed in 2 events:
3rd place- Scrambler--Aiden Bussman and Will Krumpelman
6th place- Environmental Chemistry--Aiden Bussman and Madison Foster
We are very proud of all of these students. Competition is fierce at the state level, and our students represented Marceline well.
Reminder: Junior parents there is an after prom meeting on April 12 at 6:30 pm in Ms. Akins' room.
The Scholar Bowl team traveled to the OMAR tournament at Moberly today. Jackson Fetherlin was the 8th leading scorer at the event, and had the most power questions with 4. Congratulations, Jackson.
